Job Description

NOW HIRING: Manager of Accounting | Manufacturing

I'm seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for a manufacturing organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong leadership skills, financial reporting expertise, and experience overseeing accounting and treasury functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly financial close and financial statement preparation.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage annual and semi-annual audits.
  • Oversee cash management, treasury activities, and short- and long-term loans.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise and develop the accounting team.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior leadership.
  • Support inventory accuracy and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • MBA in Finance or Accounting, or CPA, preferred.
  • 7–10 years of accounting and treasury supervisory experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost accounting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and internal controls.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
