Accounting Manager

You will directly report to the Corporate Controller and be integral in supporting the company's strategic objectives.

• Responsibilities:• 1. Oversee financial reporting: Deliver insights into financial health through preparation and analysis of statements and budgets.• 2. Direct financial operations: Lead areas such as accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and planning. - Accounts Payable: Ensure accuracy, manage monthly closings, handle vendor relations, and supervise expense reporting. - Accounts Receivable: Collaborate with sales for cash flow projections, manage invoicing, payments, and handle credit-related tasks.• 3. Ensure compliance: Uphold internal controls and regulations, facilitating audits as needed.• 4. Lead budget processes: Manage and guide budget tracking, offering financial recommendations.• 5. Manage cash flow: Monitor liquidity to sustain financial health and everyday operations.• 6. Empower your team: Mentor the accounting group, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.• 7. Drive process innovation: Enhance financial processes for greater efficiency and precision.• 8. Conduct in-depth financial analysis: Support strategic decisions with thorough cost and trend analysis.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields required; Master's or CPA preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial setting. - Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work well in a team. - Proficient with accounting software and analytic tools.
