Position Summary:
Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) refers to a wide range of accounting and financial services. These services include outsourced CFO and accounting services, including budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning; financial statement processing, full-service bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment; customer invoicing; payroll processing and tax reporting; sales tax preparation. With our continued growth, we are recruiting for CAAS Accounting Manager talent. Successful candidates will have a desire to also learn and develop their career, while making a difference for Bowers clients.
In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Accounting Manager-level accounting services, including month-end review and closing of financial records, processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients.

Requirements:
- Oversee and manage responsibilities for assigned CAAS transaction staff
- Oversee timely, efficient processing and accurate payment of vendor invoices
- Oversee accounts receivable invoices and application of payments
- Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients
- Perform accounting system clean-ups
- Prepare month-end close for assigned clients
- Assist with financial reporting
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- B.S degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
- 1-year supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership skills to execute and build team success
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communicator
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Able to manage priorities and workflow
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
