Job Description

Growing real estate investment and property management firm. Responsibilities- Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures - Lead and mentor a small accounting team - Support audits and coordinate with external partners Requirements- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management - Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations - Experience managing a team and accounting operations - Familiarity with ERP systems (Yardi, RealPage, or similar) a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
