Job Description

We're partnering with a mission-driven organization to identify an experienced Accounting Manager who will lead day-to-day accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and manage and AR and Billing team. Interested in more details? Connect with Armina Stupar: armina@cpsg.com

Core duties and responsibilities include:

Lead and supervise daily AR and accounting operations

Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and cash flow reports

Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities

Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures

Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance initiatives

Provide financial analysis and reporting to executive leadership

Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate finance staff

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred

3+ years of finance/accounting supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls• Experience with Accounts Receivable and general accounting functions• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP software• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and manage multiple priorities

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $90K to $100K, depending on experience.
