- We are seeking a highly analytical accounting manager to perform our company's financial operations. This role will own the financial reporting processes while being responsible for the accounts payable and business administrative functions
- Own and execute monthly close and reporting
- Produce accurate and timely financials
- Perform monthly reconciliation processes
- Accounts payable and vendor payment processes, including net terms agreements
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll
- Manage accrual and recurring business payments in QuickBooks Online
- Support operational reporting (A/R, job costing, etc.)
- Oversee company registrations & compliance requirements
- Create relationships with insurance, benefit, and other financial service vendors
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Experience with QuickBooks online
