Job Description
Accounting Manager Location: Seguin, TX (Hybrid)THIS COMPANY OFFERS:

- Mentor a team of 2 staff accountants
- Manage accounting and fixed assets for a growing company
- The role will have the opportunity to implement process improvements and lead a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Prepare financial statements, reporting packages and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards.
- Work closely with the Assistant Controller on financial statement preparation, as well as audits and budgets.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting with 5 + years of experience.
- GAAP experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- We are looking for someone that wants the role and its responsibilities. A person who is ready to mentor a team and their success. Having full cycle accounting experience is a plus!
