Accounting Manager

This role bridges real-world accounting operations and technology delivery, shaping how close processes are discovered, scoped, and implemented at scale. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead accounting-focused discovery with Controllers and Accounting leaders
Assess ERP setups, close workflows, and accounting policies
Define what can be automated versus configured or excluded
Design and support implementation of automated accounting workflows
Ensure accuracy, reconciliation integrity, and audit readiness in delivery
Surface recurring accounting patterns and edge cases to inform internal playbooks

About You

Minimum of 7 years of experience as senior accountant and accounting manager
Hands-on experience with multiple enterprise ERPs (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion)
Hands on experience in complex, high-pressure close environments including general ledger accounting, monthly close, revenue recognition, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and GAAP accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting controls and audit procedures
Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Comfortable working directly with Controllers and CFO’s
