Accountant Manager - $104KHTM Contractors, Inc. | Honolulu, HI We are seeking a full time accounting manager to join our team! HTM Contractors, Inc. is a leader in the residential and commercial market in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are a diversified service contractor that specializes in tree service, junk removal, roll-off dumpster rental, environmental cleaning/street sweeping, and our team members take pride in the work we deliver.Pay & Schedule:
- $104,000 Annually
- Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Weekly Pay

The Work:
- Lead daily accounting functions
- Ensure timely transaction processing and accurate data management in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Accurate, on-time financial reporting
- Perform reconciliations, manage cash flow, and support forecasting activities
- Ensure adherence to established accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Oversee QBO’s Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, and customer/vendor records, ensuring data integration with related systems like Service Fusion and Red Team
- Update accounting procedures, support job costing, and develop training materials to boost accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in related field.
- Supervisory or management experience (required)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervise, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team
- Exercise sound administrative judgement
- Maintain high standards in financial data integrity.
- Monthly WIP, Progress Billing, Reviewed Financial Statement, Monthly In-house FS & BS for Bonding
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MyiSolved, Red Team and Service Fusion is a plus.
