Job DetailsResponsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AR/AP, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain cost accounting and inventory systems
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Supervise and mentor two accounting staff members
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Prior manufacturing or cost accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Epicor, or similar)
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
