Job DetailsJobot is partnering with a growing accounting and finance firm to staff a position as an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Manage Management Company service practice
• Oversee bookkeeping staff and coordinate with third-party vendors selected by clients
• Conduct client meetings (monthly or quarterly, as requested)
• Help clients develop annual operating budgets and provide cash forecasts
• Review and prepare standard financial statements to management
• Collaborate with Fund Managers on a frequent basis.
• Facilitate annual tax engagements, quarterly tax estimates and projections, as needed
• Manage annual 1099 reporting
• Process client expense reports, payroll and benefits as determined by clients
• Be well organized and serve multiple clients.

If you have at least 7+ years of operational accounting experience, have working across a multi-entity environment that is client facing, have strong leadership skills, enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced and communicative office setting, possess excellent attention to detail with great organizational skills, communicate well with people of diverse background, have strong technical skills across QuickBooks or Xero and MS Office Suite and MS Excel, thrive in customer service/vendor management situations pertaining to managing a book of clients, and are eager to continue to learn and grow in a small company setting than this could be a great opportunity for you.
