Job detailsWe’re seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple business units, with a focus on reporting, analysis, and operational support.

Key responsibilities:Oversee financial activities for multiple operational units (aggregates / construction materials)Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and present to leadershipLead month-end close including accruals, inventory, production entries, and reconciliationsPartner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysisManage inventory processes, reporting, and physical countsSupport internal/external audits and maintain SOX complianceAnalyze financial data using Excel and ERP/reporting tools (Hyperion, Essbase)Collaborate cross-functionally with plant managers and senior leadership

What we’re looking for5+ years of accounting / finance experienceBachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingPrior leadership or supervisory experience requiredAdvanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP systemsAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate with operations teams
