Job Details

This role is responsible for supporting general ledger accuracy, account reconciliations, and financial reporting within a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entriesPerform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliationsAnalyze account variances and resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end close and internal reportingPartner with internal teams to clear outstanding itemsMaintain organized documentation and support audit readinessEnsure compliance with internal controls and policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience3–5+ years of accounting experienceStrong general ledger and reconciliation experienceProficiency in Excel and accounting systemsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
