Job Details

What You'll DoManage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and month-end closeOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingReview and analyze project financial performance, job costs, budgets, and WIP schedulesEnsure accurate revenue recognition and construction accounting practicesLead account reconciliations and maintain strong internal controlsPartner with project managers and operational leaders on forecasting and financial performanceAssist with cash flow management and financial planningCoordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirementsMentor and develop accounting staff while helping improve processes and efficiencies

What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacityConstruction, real estate development, engineering, or project-based accounting experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with job costing, WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion accounting, and project financial analysisAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with ERP/accounting systems commonly used in construction environmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsCPA or CPA-track candidates encouraged to apply
