Job Details

Position OverviewReporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager will own core accounting operations and financial reporting integrity across the North American business. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct reports and close collaboration with a global finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a small accounting team including AP and AR functionsOversee general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closePrepare monthly balance sheet and P&L statementsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and annual performance trackingManage cash flow projections and day-to-day cash positionEnsure compliance with GAAP and corporate reporting standardsMaintain local and state sales tax documentation and filingsPartner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and IT teamsAssist with audits and respond to internal and external reporting requestsResolve escalated vendor, invoicing, and operational accounting issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance7+ years of progressive accounting experience5+ years supervising AP/AR or accounting teamsStrong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting fundamentalsAdvanced Excel and analytical skillsCPA license strongly preferred
