RESPONSIBILITIES
(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):
QUALIFICATIONS
(To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)
- 5+ years of experience in accounting (preferred in 3+ years of experience in public accounting)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and review financial statements and perform financial analysis.
- Knowledge of internal controls, accounting systems, and financial compliance.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and multi-entity or multi-industry accounting environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with comfort working from data to drive recommendations.
- Clear and effective communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial audiences.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and the ability to lead through expertise and influence rather than hierarchy.
The expected salary range for this position is between:
$91,000.00 - $126,500.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
