Accounting Manager; Flat Rock NC

Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 annual based on experienceShift/Working Hours: Full-Time, On SiteAbout the role: PrideStaff is partnering with an established manufacturing organization to find a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager. In this role, you will lead core accounting operations, manage financial report preparation, and oversee daily financial activities to support organizational growth.What you will do:
  • Oversee general ledger functions, month-end/year-end closing processes, and annual financial report preparations.
  • Manage daily cash flow, monitor receivables/payables, and supervise expense budget tracking.
  • Supervise accounting staff, manage asset valuations, and ensure tax and financial compliance.
What you will bring:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Strong background in core accounting functions (ROI, cash flow statements, income statements) and experience utilizing ERP systems.
  • Proven leadership abilities with strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
