We are partnering with an exciting, fast-growing global consumer products company that is looking for a sharp high performing Accounting Manager!

Responsibilities:? Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process? Lead general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting? Partner cross-functionally to improve business performance? Drive ERP optimization, automation, and scalable accounting processes? Prepare for audits and ensure GAAP compliance? Mentor and develop junior accounting professionals? Help transform the finance function through technology and continuous improvement

Qualifications:• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience• Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting foundation, followed by corporate accounting experience• Prior leadership or supervisory experience• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Excel, automation tools, and business intelligence platforms• A proactive, ownership-minded professional who enjoys solving problems and driving change
