RTD Talent Solutions is representing a premier manufacturing company with offices in Gastonia, NC that is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role, with great compensation and benefits.

As their Accounting Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing full-cycle accounting operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost tracking, and independent ownership of the accounting function.

Key job duties, among others:

Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.
Produce timely and accurate financial reports while maintaining strong internal controls with minimal oversight.
