Job Description
System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for an Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits and an onsite work schedule.Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
- Review journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly/quarterly internal financial statements and management reporting
- Support annual audit activities and internal control documentation/maintenance
- Provide guidance and oversight to accounting staff and support cross-functional requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; some public accounting experience preferred along with corporate accounting experience
- At least one year of supervisory / management experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to meet deadlines
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
