  • Manage and maintain the monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow forecasts; identify risks/opportunities and communicate updates to leadership.

  • Lead weekly cash flow reporting, including preparing summaries, partnering with AR and Program Managers on customer collections, and escalating issues as needed.

  • Strengthen and enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and month-end close procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (operations, program management, finance) to support audits, analysis requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support management with ad‑hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of AR/AP processes and month‑end close activities; experience with SAP strongly preferred.

  • Experience with cash flow forecasting preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and influence team members at all levels.

  • Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards

  • Working knowledge of SOX compliance requirements, with hands‑on experience maintaining and executing key internal controls.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment supporting multiple sites.

  • Proficiency in Excel and general financial systems.

What we offer
