Job Description

Accounting ManagerOur client, a growing provider of accounting solutions, is seeking a proactive, client-focused Accounting Manager to lead a team, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality financial services.

• Key Responsibilities:• Serve as primary contact for business clients; review and present financial reports (primarily in QuickBooks Online)• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff• Oversee client onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery• Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and identify revenue opportunities• Participate in preparation/review of business tax returns; assist with individual tax prep as needed

• Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)• 8+ years public accounting experience, including business client interaction• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat; tax software (Ultra Tax) a plus• Strong leadership, client communication, and organizational skills
