Job Description
We are hiring aAccounting Managerwith a strong real estate background to oversee financial reporting and property accounting for a growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This individual will serve as the financial point-person for operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, CAM recoveries, audits, and loan compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and transparency in financial reporting
- 5+ years of property accounting experience in commercial real estate
- Demonstrated expertise in CAM recoveries and year-end audit preparation
- Direct experience with loan compliance reporting and financial covenants
- CAM (Common Area Maintenance) recoveries and reconciliations
- Audit preparation and financial statement reporting
- Loan compliance and covenant tracking
