Job Description

Description: We are seeking an Accounting Office Clerk to join our team at Patriot CDJR of Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and be responsible for various office tasks and maintaining accurate account schedules.

Responsibilities are of a wider scope of general office duties including but not limited to:

  • Processing car deals
  • Processing Titles
  • Posting inventory
  • Assisting with salesperson compensation calculations
  • Preparing financial reports and spreadsheets.
  • Reconciling schedules within DMS

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Automotive Dealership experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
