Responsibilities
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Oversee office staff
- Posting journal entries
- G/L Account & Schedule reconciliations
- Dealer reserve statements and posting fundings
- Assist with retail billing, wholesale billing, vehicle payoffs
- Daily Parts & Service Cash Sales account reconciliation
- Assist with preparation of Monthly Financial Statements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior auto dealership experience
- Reynolds & Reynolds (ERAccess and Ignite) Accounting software experience
- Experience with account & schedule reconciliations
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license
