Join a dedicated team in Albany, OR as an Accounts Payable Clerk and help ensure the smooth operation of financial processes every day.As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll be crucial in managing vendor invoices and supporting overall accounting functions. You’ll work closely with the finance team to deliver accurate, timely payments and maintain organized records that keep operations running seamlessly.What You’ll Do You will be responsible for: • Processing high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.• Matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.• Reviewing invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approval.• Maintaining vendor records, including W-9s and payment details.• Preparing and executing weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.• Resolving invoice discrepancies and responding professionally to vendor inquiries.• Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.• Keeping organized and accurate AP files and records.• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes related to accounts payable.• Assisting with audit preparations by providing documentation and reconciliations.• Supporting additional accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable and billing as needed.• Assisting with account reconciliations and general ledger activities.• Preparing basic reports and assisting with weekly KPIs.• Cross-training in other accounting functions to support team coverage.• Participating in special projects and process improvements.What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable or accounting operations experience.*
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment.*
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).*
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (ADP Payroll experience is required, other platforms like M3 ERP are a plus).*
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially AP processes.*
• Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management.*
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.*
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.*
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
