Locations:

Miami, Florida OR Weston, Florida OR Boca Raton, Florida

• Own the monthly close process for a portfolio of CAS clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Perform detailed financial statement analysis, identifying trends, variances, and actionable insights for clients
• Complete and review balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities and accounts
• Oversee client billing processes, including reconciliation of WIP, invoicing, and resolution of discrepancies
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and ensure timely remittance of all sales tax liabilities
• Process and manage client payroll, including multi state considerations, payroll journal entries, and coordination with providers
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly financial reporting packages, including balance sheet, profit and loss, and KPI dashboards
• Participate in monthly client meetings, helping present financial results and providing operational and profitability insights
• Support onboarding of new CAS clients, including cleanup, process implementation, and workflow standardization
• Leverage firm technology and workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability across engagements
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes, internal workflows, and overall service delivery
• Participate in and lead internal CAS initiatives, including process improvements, training, and standardization efforts
• Proactively expand technical and advisory knowledge and share best practices across the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in client accounting services, outsourced accounting, or public accounting
• Strong experience managing multiple clients simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
• Hands on experience with general ledger, account reconciliations, and month end close processes
• Experience with sales tax filings and payroll processing across multiple clients
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online; experience with app integrations is a plus
• Strong Excel skills, including ability to analyze and manipulate financial data
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients in a professional and confident manner
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically and provide value beyond transactional accounting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience working in a professional services firm environment preferred
