Responsibilities

• Manage and process all accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Verify, code, and reconcile invoices and expense reports.
• Maintain vendor records and establish positive relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
• Assist in month-end closing by reconciling accounts payable ledger.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable documentation.
• Support audits by providing requested documentation and information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus.
