Job Description

Our client in the Gunter area is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team!

The Accounting Specialist will have experience in the following.

Duties and responsibilities:

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Prepare invoices and apply cash
Review billing data for accuracy and resolve errors
Perform job cost reconciliations
Assist with month‑end close as needed
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:

3+ years of accounting experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is required
