Job Description
As an Accounting Specialist - AP at Cottingham & Butler, you will play a role in overseeing various accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, daily cash receipts, and payroll duties.
What You'll Do
- Process employee expense reports efficiently and accurately.
- Handle vendor invoices processing.
- Post payroll hours and manage Workforce Management Functions.
- Record ACH receipts promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile accounts as necessary to ensure financial accuracy.
What You Bring
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance or applicable job experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
