Responsibilities

Our Accounting Specialist performs a variety of accounting tasks. Your tasks will include:

Sales tax, B&O tax and other compliance-related matters
Ownership of company credit card management
Day-to-day general accounting (leases, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, etc.)
Month end reconciliations
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of Business Central is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills, including the use of Vlookups and Pivot tables is a plus
Dealing with Complexity
Reporting Research Results
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounting standards
Attention to Detail
Confidentiality
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A passion to learn and grow

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
At least 3 years of related experience required
