Accounting Specialist

Salary: $25-27hrWhat is your perfect fit?

If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:

• Process vendor invoices and reconciling credit card statements*
• Set up new project baseline, budgets and client invoices*
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with project managers and client accounting personnel to facilitate the collection of B2B invoices.  *
• Make collection calls or send emails to facilitate receipt of payments. *
• Researches and resolves client disputes and discrepancies.  *
• Escalates issues to Controller in a timely manner. *
• Processes purchase orders from requisitions to issuing purchase orders to vendors, and reconciles received equipment with invoiced equipment *
• Facilitates the employee expense report approval process

• Associate or BS in Accounting preferred*
• Ability to pass background and personal credit check and drug test*
• Experience in Word, Excel and/or any accounting software*
• 2+ years of AP and/or AR experience
