Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong teamwork and communication skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Accounting Team, collaborate effectively with other departments, and contribute to a supportive team environment while ensuring accurate, timely financial transactions, and helping keep the company’s financial operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Review invoices for appropriate documentation and correct coding prior to payment
Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry and imports
Print checks and obtain signatures
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

Reconcile bank accounts
Prepare sales tax reports and filings
Assist senior financial officers as needed

Requirements

Bachelor or Associate Degree in Accounting
At least 4-5 years of experience in accounting
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
Understanding of and prior experience with Excel
Superb time management skills, detail orientation, and teamwork

Strong mathematical skills
