Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Operations / Finance Analyst to manage commission payment processes and support external partner accounts. This role combines financial operations, client relationship management, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally while serving as a trusted point of contact for external stakeholders.Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commission payment processes with a high degree of accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partner accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and reconciliation differences
- Analyze financial data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Support onboarding activities for new partner accounts
- Monitor and improve operational workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, and business partners) to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with process standards
- Prepare reporting and insights related to payment operations and account performance
Required Qualifications
- Experience in finance operations, accounts payable/receivable, billing, or commission processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to reconcile financial data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, travel, meetings/events, or related service industries
- Background in customer service operations or account management
- Experience with process improvement or workflow optimization initiatives
- Familiarity with operational reporting, dashboards, and financial metrics
