Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and payments
• Support accounts receivable postings and cash applications
• Prepare ACH/wire transactions
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and payment issues
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting support experience
• ERP experience required
• Strong Microsoft Excel / Office proficiency
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
