Job DetailsACCOUNTANTA growing law firm seeks a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support its accounting and billing operations. This fully remote role works closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and professional staff to keep financial operations running smoothly in a fast-paced legal environment.Responsibilities:

• * Process A/R, A/P, and client expense reimbursements
• * Assist with collections efforts and payment reconciliation
• * Generate and distribute accounting and ad hoc financial reports
• * Ensure all expense documentation is complete and submitted
• * Research and resolve attorney billing and collections inquiries
• * Collaborate with attorneys and staff to facilitate accounting workflows
• * Support general accounting department functions as needed

Requirements:

• * 3-5 years of accounting experience
• * ProLaw experience (required)
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• * Excellent written and verbal communication
• * Must be self-directed and comfortable working 100% remotely
• * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
• * Ability to handle time-sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
