Job DetailsWe’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company seeking a full-time AR/AP Specialist to support their finance operations. This role serves as a utility to support the company's accounting team through year-end.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong AR fundamentals, and enjoys optimizing processes while partnering closely with finance and operations.What You'll Support
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processing
- Manage cash applications and ensure accuracy across channels
- Drive collections efforts and report on status, aging, and trends
- Work with finance on processing, issue resolution, and close activities
- Handle credit memos, deductions, givebacks, and general AR transactions
- Prioritize workload, collect outstanding balances, and facilitate cleanup/write-ups
- Document processes and help streamline workflows for scalability
