Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Review and process vendor invoices and expense reports accurately and timely.
2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare analysis of accounts.
3. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
4. Assist with month-end close processes and prepare monthly reports.
5. Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors to answer inquiries and to resolve any issues.
6. Collaborate with the finance team to improve AP processes.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.
8. Provide supporting documentation for audits.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in an Accounts Payable, Invoice Entry and Treasury Management
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
3. Familiarity with Yardi strongly preferred
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
9. Experience with expense reports.
