Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP, WMS, or ERP systems (preferred)
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
What You Will Do
- Review, match, and reconcile invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
- Process vendor payments across multiple departments and keep financial records updated.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and tracking of logistics‑related costs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to monitor pending payments and resolve issues.
- Work closely with vendors, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing.
- Support month‑end tasks, including clearing GL items and handling accruals.
- Identify ways to improve processes for better accuracy and efficiency.
Logistics Support Responsibilities
- Check documents, materials, and workflow to ensure everything is complete and accurate.
- Review production schedules and work orders to determine material and staffing needs.
- Record production data such as output, material usage, and quality checks.
- Maintain inventory levels and request materials when needed.
- Update schedules when there are delays or changes in production.
- Share updated schedules and work orders with relevant departments.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Good problem‑solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze costs related to materials, labor, and production
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to document information accurately
- Basic mentoring or support skills for team collaboration
- Knowledge of shipping and production regulations
