Job Description

We are currently conducting interviews for a Contract Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations for a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounting transactions, invoices, payments, and billing

  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

  • Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

  • Prepare checks, ACH payments, and accounting documentation

  • Maintain accurate financial records and support audits

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred

  • Experience with accounting software/ERP systems

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting experience preferred

  • Manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial experience is a plus

  • On-site in Orange, CA
