Job Description
Are you or someone you know a detail-oriented, highly organized individual? Qualified Staffing is hiring for an Accounting Specialist position in Macon, Ga!Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pmPay: $15-$18/hourKey Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via walk-in, email, and phone
- Communicate with departments and vendors
- Typing, record maintenance, bookkeeping, and issuing receipts and payments
- Review general ledger accounts for accuracy
- Post payments, process checks, assist with deposits
- Assist with AP reconciliation
- Respond to vendor and departmental payment inquiries
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
