What You’ll Do:

Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assist with posting daily deposits, reconciliations, and journal entries
Support vehicle deal processing and maintain accurate accounting files
Verify and input financial data into dealership management systems
Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems
Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and management as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Provide administrative support to the accounting office and leadership team as needed

What We Seek:

Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or dealership experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (CDK or Tekion)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Dependable and eager to learn
