Financial Data and GL Analysis to ensure accurate coding.
Experience in Full Cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Experience in Project Accounting- Contracts, Job Costing, Progress Billing.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and external service providers.
Review AP/AR Aging reports and support team to maintain healthy cash flow.
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and reviews. Responsible for PBC items and various audit deliverables.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department. Streamline processes, foster efficiency, consistency, automation, system implementation.
Commission Calculations.
Sales & Use Tax Returns.
Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations.
Income Statement Variance Analysis.
State Union Reporting and Monthly Payments.
Various State Reporting (i.e. Qtrly BLS Multiple Worksite Report).
Month End/Quarter End/Year End Journal Entries, Allocations, Fixed Assets Roll Forward, Prepaid Amortization.
