Position Overview: The Accounting Supervisor leads the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, managing tax compliance, and supporting special projects and audits.
● Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff in daily operations
- Oversee all sales tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports
- Lead audit preparations and participate in cross-functional projects
- Identify and implement process improvements
● Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of sales tax compliance and GAAP
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
