What you'll do:
- Daily Billing for Multiple Locations w/Multiple Reconciliations
- Record Keeping for Audit Controls
- Invoice Credit & Rebills
- Sales Tax Adjustments
- Lockbox Payment Allocations
- Cash/Credit Card/Check Payment Allocations
- Customer Service
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned or Required
What you'll need:
- Detail-oriented w/a Strong Focus on Accuracy
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Ability to Communicate with Customers regarding Billing Questions
- Work well under Pressure and Deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- NetSuite and Oracle experience preferred
- Organized, Self-Motivated TEAM Player
- Dependable Attendance
- Availability to Work in Office 5 days/week
