Job Overview: This position is responsible for accounting and administrative duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Knowledge of file and records management.
- Skilled in providing customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
- Ability to prioritize assignments from multiple sources.
- Ability to work with interruptions.
- Ability to handle difficult situations.
- Ability to recognize confidential information and respond with discretion and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):
- High School diploma.
- Two years' experience with word processing systems.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
