This role is integral to our operations and involves managing all matters related to Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, 3 Way Match, payment processing, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for financial management, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, 3 Way Match, and payment processing.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain vendor relationships, handle vendor queries, and negotiate contracts and prices.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure accurate and timely purchase order creation and processing.
• Develop and implement effective Accounts Payable policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on Accounts Payable processes and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with current financial regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Proven experience with 3 Way Match process.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
