This position is responsible for managing accounts payable, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting inventory tracking, and performing a variety of general accounting functions using QuickBooks.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal team members.Required Experience & Skills Previous accounts payable experience required Experience using QuickBooks required General accounting experience required Inventory management or inventory reconciliation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity preferredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices Maintain and reconcile inventory records Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting transactions and financial reporting Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Communicate professionally with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers and visitors Maintain organized accounting files and documentation Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Previous inventory accounting experience Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelPhysical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and telephone throughout the workday Occasional lifting of office supplies or files up to 25 lbs Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and team membersWork Environment Professional office environment within a manufacturing or distribution operation Fast-paced setting requiring strong organizational and time management skills Frequent interaction with vendors, customers, and internal departments Team-oriented workplace focused on accuracy, efficiency, and customer serviceWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay based on experience Stable Monday Friday first-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to utilize and expand your accounting and QuickBooks expertise Professional, team-oriented work environment with opportunities for long-term career growthReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text (405) 367-3076 for more information.You can also apply in person through:Stand-By Personnel Oklahoma CityMonday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
