Job Description
We are a growing company and need experienced, happy personnel who want to join a successful team.Coding, entering, processing invoices, and reconciling statements. Set up vendors as necessary, ensuring required W-9, insurance, etc. is obtained. Collect Accounts Receivable payments and send out statements monthly. Run weekly and semi-monthly payroll.

- Code & process accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile accounts payable statements
- Process Payroll
- Accounts Recievable
Qualifications
- Accounts Payable experience, preferabble from auto industry
- Account Recievables experience
- Experience processing payroll
- CDK experience is preferred, but not required.
- Understand general accounting rules and guidelines
