This position offers stability, professional growth, and the chance to develop your accounting and administrative skills in a supportive environment.As an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, you'll support daily financial operations while assisting with general office functions. You'll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments, maintain organized records, and help create a friendly and efficient workplace.What You'll Do As an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:
- Processing accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.*
- Payroll processing start to finish*
- Managing multi-line phone calls and emails professionally and courteously.*
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and record keeping.*
- Supporting office operations by organizing and maintaining procedures.*
- Providing backup support for the receptionist and other administrative duties as needed.
- 1 year Data Entry experience*
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.*
- Proficient with QuickBooks (Enterprise Solutions 24.0, or similar accounting software)*
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable procedures.*
- Ability to type at least 55 words per minute.*
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.*
- Problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail.*
- Basic knowledge of general office equipment.*
- Self-motivation, organization skills, and the ability to work independently.*
- Fluent English speaking skills.*
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
